When will the new dashboard go live?
We're rolling this out gradually ahead of the upcoming Open Enrollment season. As we work through each of your clients' OE renewals, we'll get their accounts set up on the new dashboard — so there's nothing you need to do ahead of time.
Will there be any additional cost?
Nope! This is included for every client you have with us — no extra cost, just a better experience added to what you're already getting.
Can I see analytics across all my clients in one place?
Yes — the new dashboard gives you a consolidated view across your full book of business, so you're not toggling between logins. From there, you can drill into any individual client whenever you need to.
Will I lose access to my current stacks or past reports?
No — everything carries over. All of your clients' existing stacks and historical data will be right there in the new dashboard, not lost in the switch.
Do I need to learn a whole new system on my own?
Not at all — we built this dashboard to be simple and easy to use from day one. We'll provide a video walkthrough for you and for each of your clients, so everyone has a clear, easy way to get comfortable navigating it.
Can I use this data for renewal conversations or stewardship reports with my clients?
Absolutely — that's exactly what it's built for. The visual analytics make it easy to pull real engagement data for renewal meetings or QBRs, so you can show clients the value of their benefits education program with hard numbers instead of waiting on us to generate it.
How is the new analytics different from the reports I get now?
This is a massive upgrade from what you're used to. Instead of waiting on individual reports from us for each client, you get visual, in-depth analytics for your entire book of business that you can check anytime, right from your dashboard. It's a level of insight and control you haven't had before.
Can my team access the dashboard, and can I include my employer clients too?
Each dashboard comes with up to 5 team member seats, so you can bring in colleagues who need visibility. From there, it's entirely up to you — keep it internal for your own team, or extend access to your employer clients as well.
